No, unfortunately feed access is only possible with a registration.
Your client will receive a packed product with “your” delivery note (your address is the sender). The DHL/DHL Express label will hold the address of our warehouse on behalf of you (not Blue-Berry). The parcel will not contain an invoice.
- within Germany: DHL Paket (postal service)
- within Europe: DHL Economy or DHL Express
- outside Europe: DHL Express
For orders which are submitted until 1 pm our warehouse team strives to dispatch the same day.
Please see our actual shipping costs here Shipping cost & payment types. For B2C orders, we add a dropship fee of € 2,50. This fee is already included in the shipping costs listed in the file attached.
This depends on the selected service:
- For DHL Paket (within Germany), it will take 2-3 days
- For DHL Economy (within Europe), it will take 2-3 days.
- For DHL Express (within and outside Europe), it will take 1-2 days.
The trackings for daily shipments will be sent via eMail at 19:00 h with an attached CSV file to your set eMail address.
Yes, we offer a 1 month free testing period, starting with the day of registration. Once your free testing period has ended, you can decide if you want to continue using our service.
Termination of your selected service is possible at the end of the quarter. Please make sure to inform us 2 weeks before the end of the quarter.
Yes, changing the selected service will be possible anytime.
Please understand that we cannot accept customer returns because of dislike. Therefore please inform your end customers to send the returns to your warehouse address. In case you or your customer should receive a defective item, please send an eMail to service@blue-berry.eu and include an image and a description of the defect. Our team will strive to find a solution suitable for both sides.
You will automatically receive an invoice for the orders you have submitted to the eMail address you have provided. Please note that the payment needs to be made within 15 days.
Yes, you can. From a minimum number of 10 orders per week, we can send you an overview of all invoices from the previous week. You will usually receive this overview on Monday. For setup, please send an eMail to service@blue-berry.eu. You need to pay the total amount in one sum within 2 days after receipt of the statement.

Yes, we offer a plugin for Shopify or WooCommerce. Please note that for these systems, our service "Feel Cared for" will be required.
