No. There is no minimum order quantity. You can order even small quantities.
Yes. We understand you may want to get to know us and our quality. The first 3 trial shipments are possible (within Germany and EU mainland). From the 4th order onwards, our standard delivery conditions apply.
We do not accept general returns. Please check all goods within 10 working days of receipt. If you notice any issues or defects, you can file a claim within this period, and our warranty policy will apply.
All customers are required to check the goods within 10 working days of receipt. If visible damage is found, we provide a 100% refund or replacement immediately.
In addition, we offer a 1-year warranty for non-visible or unintended defects that may occur later and were not detectable upon delivery inspection.
