Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
The products are delivered all over the world.
Dispatch costs (excl. VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge shipping costs on the basis of the shipping weight:
Ab 4,50 € und dann je nach Gewicht.
From 4,50 € and depending on the weight.
If the dispatch involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
Ab 75,00 € und dann je nach Gewicht.
From 75,00 € and depending on the weight.
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:
Ab 8,50 € und dann je nach Gewicht.
From 8,50 € and depending on the weight.
If the dispatch to foreign countries involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
Ab 175,00 € und dann je nach Gewicht.
From 175,00 € and depending on the weight.

Further details on payment
Payment by invoice is only for registered clients.
The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 10 days.
When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of direct debit collection. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.
Special agreements related to the offered payment methods
Payment via "PayPal" / "PayPal Checkout"
If you select a payment method offered via "PayPal" / "PayPal Checkout", the payment will be processed via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (22-24 Boulevard Royal L-2449, Luxembourg; "PayPal"). The individual payment methods via "PayPal" will be displayed to you under a correspondingly designated button on our Internet presence as well as in the online ordering process. "PayPal" may use other payment services for payment processing; if special payment conditions apply, you will be informed of these separately. Pickups
You are welcome to use your own shipping service provider to have your shipment picked up from our warehouse. After packing, we will send you the dimensions, weight and the collection reference and our warehouse team will prepare your delivery for collection by UPS, FedEx, TNT or DHL Paket. Please select the desired option in the order process. We ask for your understanding that we can only offer this service from € 500.00 per order. We charge € 2.50 per collection for preparation.
Dropshipping
You are cordially invited to use our platform as a drop shipping service provider.
This service is available to you without charging a basic fee. We only charge an additional € 2.50 per order as part of the shipping costs.
Please note the following points:
- Please only order the items that belong to an order and enter the delivery address of your customer.
- A telephone number must be given for international shipments. Please make sure which data protection regulations have to be observed.
- For DropShipping orders, please always choose the shipping method "UPS Standard DropShipping" or "UPS Express Saver DropShipping".
- A delivery note made out to your company is enclosed with your order and the dispatch itself is neutral.
- You will receive the tracking number for each order by email, as with regular orders.
- Problems, unexplained returns / inquiries can occur with all senders. We ask for your understanding that we cannot assume any responsibility or costs for this. Of course, we will support you with clarification and any research assignments.
Delivery times
All orders with receipt of payment by 2 p.m. are usually dispatched on the same day.
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, the delivery of the goods in Germany takes place within 1-3 days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 3-7 days after the order confirmation or in the case of advance payment after receipt of payment. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
